This will be dependant on the treatment plan that is prescribed for you post consultation with one of the team, however as a rule of thumb, sessions are 30 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins and the most common duration is 60 minute per session at full pressure however all sessions also include a pressurisation and depressurisation time of approx. 12-14 mins.
For an average 60 minute session you should expect to be with us for approx 1 hr 15 minutes.

Yes, children as young as 6 months can use HBOT, please speak to our team about this, in some circumstances parents / guardians will be required to do the treatment with the child (this is age dependant).

No, the majority of our customers find the experience to be relaxing and enjoyable. On pressurisation and depressurisation, you will experience ear equalisation the same as being at altitude in the mountains or taking off or landing in a plane. Should you feel pressure that is uncomfortable that you cannot clear yourself then our operators will help you clear the pressure by manually reducing pressure so that your session is enjoyable and comfortable.

Yes HBOT is covered by some insurers for some conditions however at present in the UK not that many, please refer back to your insurance company directly to see if they will be willing to cover this.
Our advice is to wear light cotton clothing avoiding cosmetics, perfumes, hair spray / deodorants and jewellery. Pre and post treatment it is not advised to have alcohol in your system and it is also advised not to have nicotine or caffeine as both of these cause constriction of blood vessels which may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
